"Traveling Soles" captures the serendipity of human movement. While exploring a famous monument on a rainy day, Sandro discovered the fleeting impressions left by visitors' shoes on the white marble floor. Inspired, he transformed the moment into a stunning large-scale artwork. Collaborating with a Roman master canvas builder, he created massive 9' x 12' (3m x 4m) canvases, blending traditional silkscreening techniques with modern materials. Custom frames added depth and dimensionality, revealing intricate details and textures. "Traveling Soles" celebrates the beauty of travel and creativity, highlighting the unique impact of individual journeys and the beauty found in unexpected places.
